The User has a profile on the Social Network and has decided to join the page created by VORALMAR SL, thus showing interest in the information published on the Network. By joining our page, you give us your consent to the processing of personal data published in your profile.

The User can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at all times and adjust settings on their profile to ensure their privacy.

VORALMAR SL has access and treats the public information of the User, in particular, their contact name. These data are only used within the Social Network itself. They are not incorporated into any sort of register.

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition, which the User has and that can be exercised vis-a-vis VORALMAR SL, as provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the User must take into account the following nuances:

*Right of access: Will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information from user profiles.

*Right of rectification: Can only be satisfied with information under the control of VORALMAR SL., for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself. One should normally exercise this right before the Social Network.

*Right of Suppression and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be with information that is under the control of VORALMAR SL, for example, stop being connected to the User profile.

*Portability: the possibility of transmitting data from one data controller to another is foreseen. The data subject has the right to have their personal data transmitted directly when technically possible.

*Limitation: this is a precautionary measure that reduces the processing of personal data to storage. The cases in which the data subject is entitled to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing of the data are specified in the regulation and are as follows:

When the interested user contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period of time allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

When the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use.

When the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the User associated with the data needs them for the formulation, pursuit or defence of complaints.

When the data subject has objected to the processing by exercising his or her right to object, as long as it is verified whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller prevail over those of the data subject.

VORALMAR SL will carry out the following actions:

Accessing the public information of the profile.

Publishing on its profile information already published on VORALMAR SL website.

Sending personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.

Updating the status of the page published on its profile.

The User can always control their connections, delete the contents that are no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing and adjusting their privacy settings.

 

Posts

The User, once connected to the page of VORALMAR SL, will be able to post comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The User, in all cases, must be the owner of the same, detain copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned for its use. Any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or infringe, violate or infringe the rights of intellectual or industrial property, image rights or the law are expressly forbidden. For such cases, VORALMAR SL reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the User.

VORALMAR SL will not be responsible for the content published by the User.

The User should be aware that their publications will be made available to other users. The User is primarily responsible for their privacy in that sense.

The content that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by VORALMAR SL, but they will remain on the Social Network.

 

Contests and promotions

VORALMAR SL reserves the right to carry out promotional contests in which the User may participate through their account on the Social Network. The bases of each one of them, when the platform of the Social Network is used for it, will be published alongside on the same platform. The Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and any other applicable regulations will continue to be complied with at all times.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

 

Advertisement

VORALMAR SL will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. The treatment of contact details for direct actions of commercial prospecting consented by the User will always comply the legal requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

The recommendation of VORALMAR S.L. from a User to another for them to enjoy promotions or be informed of VORALMAR S.L.’s activity will not be considered as advertisement.
